This 4kW Hi-Power Starter motor replaces original lessor 3.6kW starter, it requires a two bolt mounting vs. the original three and it designed to interchange. It may be necessary on certain applications to remove the small tabs on the battery cable these may be snipped off if they interfere with the newly designed battery insulator.
